The project Lockdown empowers the mind, liberates the soul, and makes magic things happen.
Project Lockdown is focused on high prospective thinking and low prospective thinking through improvisation in music and spontaneous arts without specific preparation with the aim to develop thinking skills, and mental flexibility and grow as a human being through (intuition) creative and rational thinking (logical progression).
In this way detach from the reason line of thought expecting to unlock its limits to see what the process can bring as result.
Project perspective to encourage creativity
Courage to start – Challenge the everyday way of thinking – Take the risk – Think outside the box
Consider behavioral skills – Questioning – Observing – Community – Experimenting
Cognitive skills – Associated thinking
(The most obvious downside to projects is that they are temporary structures. Considerable energy is required to make something that lasts for a long and if time is the most important asset, how to make it valuable? Perhaps instead of starting to think about the final result as well as the project activity, I should consider the blank page as an empty space in order to build a model of what "meaning" looks like.)
Extemporization
To speak or perform without any preparation or thought:
I did not know how to sing or play guitar so I had to extemporize.
Shall I focus on the intention to make something perfect or should I challenge myself and just let all come out?
to use (a temporary solution) for an immediate need; improvise
"The only thing I know is that any unusual situation won't last forever."
The coronavirus pandemic challenged the world to the point that the world has finally come to an end.
Many of us experienced lots of difficult emotions, from feeling tired and hopeless to being pessimistic about life in general.
The hardest and more difficult to accept were perhaps certain government restrictions which made people struggle and desperate to see their lives return to how they used to be what we may call normal.
Definitely, there is no 'normal' response to a pandemic and it's understandable to experience difficult feelings during these difficult times, and the coronavirus pandemic clearly proves it.
The project tackles the impact and consequences of lockdown isolation on people, especially those already in a delicate situation.
